Sponsor logos are displayed on your Registration page, Reception area, and all event emails sent from Hopin.

Adding Sponsors to your event

  • Open the event Dashboard
  • Select Sponsors on the left sidebar
  • Select Add Sponsor and fill in the details (name, website, logo) and save

A new window with the Sponsor details will open.

Adding Sponsor details

  • Fill out Sponsor Name
  • Add a full Link to Sponsor website (including the https:// part)
  • Set the Priority (1-1000 with 1 the first Sponsor to be displayed and 1000 with the last Sponsor to be displayed)
  • Upload the Logo from your computer (2MB and 1000x400px). Make sure the logo's dimensions are square (otherwise the image will skew).
