To set up a Sessions segment:

  • Log in to your Hopin account and select Organiser profile
  • Select 'Events' under the 'Organiser' panel on the bottom left 
  • Select 'Manage' for the event that you want to be editing
  • Select 'Key Details'  
  • Click on the Sessions box (it will be green) and select 'Save

To add 'roundtables' to your Sessions segment:

  • Select 'Segments'  
  • Scroll down to 'Sessions' and select 'Sessions Management
  • Select 'Add Session'

You can edit your Sessions anytime by selecting Segments and scrolling down. You'll see your Sessions and an 'Edit' option on the right.

To delete a session, select 'Destroy.'
