After you create a Hopin profile, go to your user account by clicking My Account from the Hopin homepage. On the left side of the screen: 

  • Select Create Event.
  • Choose Open or Scheduled event (it doesn't matter right now).
  • Fill out the details of your event and click Create Event.
  • This will bring you to your event dashboard.
  • Click the green button at the top that says "Free Plan (Upgrade)."
  • You are now in the billing section of your Organiser Dashboard.
  • Input your code in the bottom right of the screen and your plan will be upgraded.
